For Prescriptions

Refill requests can be sent to your care team through the patient portal (if you have access) or by calling the prescription refill line (please see below).

For refill requests, please leave:

• Your full name, with the spelling of the last name, phone number, and date of birth.
• Your pharmacy phone number and name of the drug(s) you need refilled.

NOTE: VOA requires a 36-48-hour notice on all refills. 

Messages left before 4 pm will be addressed before the close of business the next day.

For narcotic refills, a doctor’s visit within one month of a refill request is required by law. All other refills require visits within the past six months.
