Biography

Dr. Naga is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist with more than a decade of experience as a community oncologist, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and malignant hematologic disorders.

Prior to coming to the Hampton Roads area, Dr. Naga practiced with Texas Oncology and later with Rex Hematology and Oncology Associates, a hospital-based oncology practice in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Naga takes an integrative approach to medicine, addressing not only the physical aspects of disease but also the emotional and spiritual well-being of her patients. She has a particular clinical interest in breast cancer and remains committed to incorporating the latest evidence-based and innovative therapies into her practice. Her goal is to provide patients with access to cutting-edge options for both prevention and treatment of cancer and blood-related conditions. Dr. Naga is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Naga’s philosophy of care is rooted in empathy and partnership. As she explains, “My goal is to inform and educate my patients about their illness and all the treatment options available so they can make an informed decision satisfying their own needs and desires. I give them and their families the care and guidance I would expect myself to receive.”
