Biography

Dr. Sile is board certified in internal medicine with subspecialties in hematology and medical oncology. She attended medical school at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines then went on to complete an internal medicine internship and residency at the Metropolitan Hospital Center/New York Medical College in New York.  Her hematology/medical oncology fellowship was received from Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. and New York Medical College in New York where she was given a fellow of the year award.

She has been a practicing hematologist/ medical oncologist for over 15 years.  Prior to relocating to Hampton Roads, she was with Sharon regional Health System, Cancer Care Center in Pennsylvania where she also served as medical director for Palliative and Hospice Care Services.

Dr. Sile is an active member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
