Biography

Alicia Yates is a Hampton Roads native, born and raised in Virginia Beach. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2011 with a degree in Business before realizing her desire to pursue a career in medicine. Alicia spent five years working for the Jordan-Young Institute, then went on to complete the Physician Assistant program at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She was distinguished at her graduation in 2022 with the Paragon Award for her excellence in clinical practice.  

Alicia resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, son and beagle. In her free time, she enjoys getting out on the water, traveling, and spending time with her family.
