About Mobile Pay
VOA now offers a convenient, simple way to pay your bill using your mobile phone. Here is how it works:
- After your visit, you will receive a text from 89523 letting you know a payment is due.
- Select the link in the text.
- Make a payment; you will receive a notification of payment receipt for your records.
- No financial or medical information is stored on your phone. There’s no app to download!
