Eligibility Requirements:
• Histologically confirmed, unresectable locally advanced or
metastatic urothelial cancer(mUC)
• Subjects must have a protocol-specified FGFR3 genetic
alteration from tumor or blood sample
• ECOG ≤ 2; ECOG ≤ 1 for safety lead-in portion
• Subjects that have received prior therapy for locally
advanced or metastatic disease are excluded
• Subjects may receive 1 cycle of SOC EV +
pembrolizumab for locally advanced or mUC where
immediate treatment is clinically indicated
