Dr. George was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Miami and an Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. George completed his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and his fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. Dr. George has published several articles in immunology and membrane physiology and has worked in the National Institutes of Health in the National Institute on Aging. He is currently an associate professor of medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and is a member of the Phi Chi medical fraternity and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
