Our practice is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to provide guidance on strategic and HR operational issues to management and develops new programs and initiatives to meet business needs. Researches, reviews, analyzes, and assesses the impact of alternatives and recommends business solutions to up line management. Partners with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services. Provides direction to improve organizational and/or employee effectiveness through successful talent management. May recruit, screen, and interview management/director candidates. Maintains ongoing communication regarding employee relations, Practice initiatives, and business priorities with Regional Director of HR.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar disciple and at least seven (7) years Human Resources work experience required. At least two (2) years project management or supervisory experience required. PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
